My expertise is teaching mental health awareness coupled with practical, everyday, mindfulness and mediation based tools. I literally show you how to develop healthy coping strategies that you can easily call upon when life is stressful or overwhelming. I teach tried and tested meditation, mindfulness and self-care methods for reducing anxiety, stress and worry. Making you more resilient and prepared to face the inevitable ups- and downs of life.
When I deliver a workplace mental health and well-being session it's always more than just a box ticking exercise, a sustained approach to openly discussing mental health and well-being has the power to be a competitive advantage in business.
