Hi, I’m Shannon, a first Aid for Mental Health Instructor and  founder of Pathways for Positivity, based in Leeds West Yorkshire.


My work is built on real experience. Having spent years in high-pressure environments where stress, overwhelm, and burnout were simply seen as “part of the job,” I saw first-hand the impact it had, not just on workplace performance, but on people’s health, confidence, and overall wellbeing.


I experienced it myself. And I realised something important: it doesn’t have to be this way.

With the right support, the right tools, and most importantly the right conversations, people can feel heard, supported, and able to manage challenges before they reach breaking point.


That’s where The Pathways for Positivity comes in.


From the moment you get in touch, you’re not left to figure things out alone. I work alongside you every step of the way, proactively communicating, understanding your needs, and shaping each session so it delivers real value.


At Pathways for Positivity, the focus is simple: giving you and your people the tools, confidence, and understanding needed to manage mental health effectively and create lasting positive change. Through bespoke workshops or accredited Mental Health First Aid sessions.
