Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or Tapping consists of tapping specific acupuncture points on the body (all above the waist and through clothing is fine) to restore the flow of energy throughout the body.

Expect guided meditations, worksheets and short, practical exercises for participants to complete in- between sessions to continue and strengthen their mindfulness journeys in and out of work.
