Upon successful assessment all FAA Ofqual regulated qualifications are valid for three years from the date of achievement.

EFT is a non-invasive therapy often recommended to release symptoms of stress, anxiety, worry, depression, anger, mental health conditions and physical pain. It increases clarity, focus and general well-being.
It consists of tapping specific acupuncture points on the body (all above the waist and through clothing is fine) Like acupuncture, the goal of EFT is to restore the flow of energy throughout the body, in turn alleviating symptoms and concerns.
This is not a certificated course and can be taught to groups of colleagues or student as a practical self-care technique.
1-2-1 in-depth EFT therapy sessions available. via Skype/Zoom.
